Shipping/Return Policy
We currently offer shipping provided by UPS and USPS Due to state laws we are unable to ship some products to: FL, KY, LA, ND, NJ, OK, OR and TX Orders received before 3 p.m. Central Standard Time Monday - Friday will be shipped on the same day Orders placed over the weekend or after 3 p.m. CST on Friday may not ship until the following Monday Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days for the purposes of days in transit.
Below are estimated delivery days when orders are placed by 3 p.m. CST Holidays and weekend days are not counted as business days

A Physical address is required for UPS and USPS shipments All orders over $200.00 will be shipped UPS All orders over $100.00 with USPS as the carrier will require signature confirmation Shipping companies charge a fee for rerouted packages. We reserve the right to charge a flat $15.00 fee for shipments that we must re-route due to customer error UPS and USPS recognize several federal holidays and shipments processed or in transit during holidays may incur a slight delay Deliveries to rural areas may incur additional days in transit. Please call to confirm delivery time when placing orders for rural locations Delivery times are estimated for the continental United States (lower 48 states), and cannot be guaranteed for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii Tracking numbers will be available on our website after the order has been processed and issued a tracking number Any requests to waive the signature requirement will absolve the shipper of delivery liability, and missing or stolen shipments that are confirmed as delivered by UPS, or USPS will not be refunded or replaced Arizona residents will be charged applicable sales tax on their orders We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses
Return Policy
Customer service is our top priority. Customers have 30 days to return products for either a refund or exchange. In such instances, return shipping charges are non refundable. We also require that the products not be open and all seals remain intact, in resalable condition. All returns must be accompanied with a RA form that we will provide you prior to returning your order. Please email us at contact@detoxlabs.com to receive your RA form. No returns will be accepted without pre-authorization. In the event that we ship an incorrect or physically defective product we will accept a return or exchange and can provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
